    Please explain "round of 16" . I thought it meant 16 players , not 16 matches.

    if so, wouldn't that mean 16 ( and not 32 as above) players get points.


    ( if "round of 16" means 16 matches (32 players) then the scoring as stated above skips a round -- I do know that "Quarters" means 4 matches/8 players. )

    how many points did unseeded receive as opposed to the highest seeded?
    it should be more because they have to play qualies.
