    Dang, this thread, In conjunction with seeing that Aston had a lot of chances in first half caused me to back from investing in Tot, who have been adding to their leads a lot lately.

    After that goal, right away, from Tot they were absolutely dominated the rest of the half. How Villa didn't have at least a 1 goal lead at the half was amazing. That Tot goalie had some amazing saves.

    Underdogs do tend to win less than the favorites across all sports, Gold.

    And when there lines that include the draw, it splits the results even further.

    For example, this season in the EPL dogs have won 17.6% of the games, faves 58.8% of the games, and we've seen draws come in at 23.6%.

    Dogs are the least successful as far as number of games won and lost outright, and percentage wise.

    Same goes for the profit margin, but that can be broken down even more.

    Today however, there were 5 games.

    The dogs were 2-3 and would have won about +5 units for a bettor betting the same unit on each dog.

    I'd say you have to pick your spots, but there's actually another thing you have to pick first.

    Your days.

    Serious bettors might start there when looking for edges.
