You’re way better off finding books that are -110 on the front lines all the time

At times you might get a half point for the juice but it’s still not worth it the majority of the time that same line is -110 other places vs 115 or greater

I was looking at some books. -4-115 or -118 then I will go look at other books -4-105/-110

There’s a reason books do this it’s called analytics and they know they have a massive mathematical edge on player betting pattern

Always remember when you bet a juiced line you have to hit 60% or better to break even

    I’m still teaching you clowns

It’s a little better certain ones but not much Vegas does a great job though none of that BS

They pretend they are trying to balance books But no it’s strictly a strategic math play so they player cannot win

Juiced lines can work great for bettors if you are betting on the other side of the juiced line.

Knowing the breakeven % is important, but you can't just throw out a number like that. -150 is breakeven at 60%. You hit 60% at -118, you will kill it. Breakeven at -118 is 54.128%.

Don't look at the juice in isolation. It has a relationship to the spread/total. -120 is better than -110 if it means you are laying -6.5 instead of -7.5 on an NBA game.

"picking winners" is overrated. Everybody is gonna be close to 50/50 long-term against a closing line. It's about finding small edges in the numbers and getting it consistently. You want to turn -110 into +110. Become the book. Strive for a 5% return and then bet volume.
