A 7'ft, slender white boy going coast to coast on the next level?
I don't see it. Too many superior defensive athletes, and many with size too, will be on him like stink on manure.
The NBA has some of the quickest/fastest guards to ever play in the NBA, so what can this type of 7-footer do when surrounded by these, half-human, half-cheetahs?
And he sure doesn't want to try and camp around the basket where these similar type athletes show why they are some of the strongest and biggest athletes on earth.
His chance to make the NBA grade: A 7-guard who is a solid shooter from outside where no NBA athlete can block his shot. And he seems like a skilled assist man, too.
That just maybe a position he can exist with?
And he cannot afford to risk his health one-time-too-many with that catch, slam dunks.
Chet, much like Chamberlain, who once had a slender body just like Chet, but he soon learned he better put on some heavy muscle so he could handle the grueling pounding he was getting while playing close to the basket, the favorite spot for 7-footers in his playing days.
Will Chet turn to weightlifting with hopes of securing a starting position? Chamberlain sure did and he did it with so much dedication--guessing, he put on 50/60 lbs or more of genuine muscle--and no one ever attempted to push this man around on the court, or even off the court.
* Good luck, Chet, you'll need it, or you'll need to pack on 30 to 50 lbs of muscle? Probably both.
