The "money makers" are props they paid out the most money on from the previous day.
The morning numbers were sent at about 10.30am ET.
They sent this update around 4.30pm (but I wasn't around at the time to post it) Here it is in case any use late.
They also sent a list of the days most bet Player Props with the afternoon update.

Ok, so...
Portland / Atlanta 61% of the handle but 26% of the bets are on the over....does that mean it's sharp money? the whole idea that sharps bet more than the public...39% of the handle is on the under with 74% of the bets...so less money but more bets am i reading that right?

Yes you are reading it right.
As for the total moving down despite the larger bets coming in on the over, I'm not sure personally. Maybe Draftkings split is not in line with other big books on that market.
