Calling it...Vogel gone after loss to clippers tonight

Lets see....not much he can do with this injury-riddled, old ass team but somethings gotta change.

He may get fired, but the Lakers have no one there to replace him.

Westbrook is the problem, and its obvious they got Westbrook because Lebron wanted him. Lebron has destroyed this roster, their problem is personnel not coaching.

Vogel is a defensive coach and his rotations aren't that good, he's also not that good of an offensive coach, but he's not the problem here.

Westbrook sucks and the Lakers don't have enough shooting, firing the coach won't change anything.

The other problem with firing Vogel is it sends the message the Lakers are in disarray and that may make trading for good players more difficult at the deadline which is just weeks away.

He won't be fired tonight though even if they lose, they just beat Portland. It would take more than 1 loss.

at this point rooting for them...to LOSE every game so they can get a high draft pick. (Hopefully not mortgaged to New Orleans from the Davis deal are we clear on that or still owe them picks????)

Yeah.... just like JJ said... they will wait until the end of the year.... it would be a complete joke of guidance if Vogel leaves right now. Lakers would become the laughing stock of the NBA.

If this don't do it nothing will. About to suffer a 4-game season sweep at the hands of their rivals the Clippers - yes they are rivals now - in a beatdown. Clippers without their two all-stars to add insult to injury.

I doubt they fire Vogel, it's too late in the season, the point of firing Vogel would be to bring a new coach in and save the season, and it's too late for that.

Maybe there's a black guy on the staff James or Westbrick want. Poorly kept secret there's a lotta racism in the NBA.

Kings fired Walton to replace him with Gentry for crying out loud. I don't think time of season is a deal breaker. When the stakeholder get antsy big moves happen.

Fizdale. THey fire Vogel and replace him with Fizdale whom is on the Lakers staff and was with James in Miami and has the same skin colour as him.

There was a point in the 3rd where the Lakers got outscore like 26-2.

All this reminds me of the season they failed to make the playoffs... It got out that James wanted Ingram/ Ball/ Kuzma traded and when it didn't materialise at the deadline the chemistry was awful. Westbrick is hurt (psychologically).

Fizdale is trash, he was fired twice - that's not going to likely happen.

Maybe LeBron doesn’t want to add any more extra wear and tear onto his body this year.

Anyone know if the Lakers have a draft pick for the lottery this year? I cant quite get a straight answer looking it up on Googs.
