It's pretty rare. My house was shaking with the thunder and I was kind of like hmmm...is that thunder or earthquake or is there a 747 landing on my house??

It's just weird because the weather apps were saying cloudy and maybe 20% chance of raining later tonight. Then bam! It just popped up.
