For me it's a no-brainer.
As a die hard baseball junkie it's the Dodger/Giants game.
A big time September game that has major influence on October playoff seedings.
Plus it's baseball, the only sport that matters, even though I don't have much use for LA, I'm locked into this game.

Speaking of teams I have no use for, with all due respect to all you Gold Dome, Touchdown Jesus Irish yahoo's out there, I dislike everything about ND football.

I'm OK with FSU, but they never excited me.

Give me Sunday night baseball.

As much as I can't stomach them, how can you fade Buehler?
Can't lay -190 on the road, but I do like -118 run line.

I'll put my money where my mouth is and practice what I preach, that being the only time I'll bet a run line is with the ace on the mound only on the road.
I'll trade in one run for a 72 cent juice reduction.
The road team (LA in this case) is guaranteed the ninth inning at bat, where as the home team is not and that ninth inning at bat could be the difference between a one run outcome and a three run victory.
The caveat being if LA wins 3-2 the Dodger win, and I'm dicked.

I'll risk the run here.

The only ESPN Sunday night games that go forever are the Red Sox/Yankees game.

Then baseball teams out of the playoffs getting rid of their best players to playoff teams. You dont see that in football. MLB has new rules now regarding that.
You only get a couple of seconds now to step out of the box to scratch your yam bag.
(It's all explained there for you in section six of your handy dandy rules book. Don't have one? No problem, I have a spare rules book you can borrow)

There are only seven legit reasons umpires will allow now that the hitter can step out of the box with both feet.
I could tell you those seven legit reasons but will not for fear that I'll put the rest of the thread readers into a deep comalike sleep.

Not only that there's a pitch clock, similar to that free thrown shot clock in the NBA too.
