WWE was against the ropes for survival against WCW in 1996, but this time is different. AEW is bringing in the right veterans who are more than willing to elevate the younger talent. The owner is a true lover of wrestling. I don't think that Vince is going to win this showdown.Comment -

You can tell WWE upped their game last night. It looks like all hands on deck now because AEW proved they are not going away. WWE's problem is that their two World title min events on their 2nd biggest stage of the year had part time wrestlers. Then when Cena lost, they replaced him with another part time wrestler. While I see AEW building top tier stars like MJF, Sammy Guevara, Darby Allin, and Jungle Boy, I don't see too much of it on the WWE side. Maybe Riddle and Adam Cole, but that's about it. Hell, WWE is firing a lot of their NXT talent now. Goldberg, Cena, and Lesnar are a band aid being put over a much bigger problem.Comment -
