Yeah, that's a ridiculous comment. What are we even doing here if we're just going to allow sportsbooks to grade however they want and then move on? They need to be held accountable for their mistakes.

I rarely if ever bet on these type of wagers so maybe milwaukee mike has a point.

I just figured it was like a 2 team parlay.

it's a single prop, it's not a parlay... no different than "team to score first wins"... yes someone scored first but nobody won

there's 2 sides to the bet... "mets score 1st and win" and "any other outcome" (which in this case included the other 3)... if they grade the first one a loss then they would have to grade something on the other side a win

no different than if they said "mets score 1st and win" yes/no... you can't grade the yes a loser and the no a push

You don’t need to check. I’ve moved on. I don’t like to argue about every call that goes against me. I save my fights for the bigger $ amounts.

I did my job by altering other posters about placing these bets. Every time there’s a suspended game, books clean up. That’s the bottom line.

I’ve lost in similar situations and been a little annoyed, but I also get the reasoning on why it’s a loss, especially when live betting or books that grade fast once something hits. I had a tennis bet on a guy to have under 10.5 games won. He was at 11 when the other guy retired canceling pretty much every single bet on the match except mine. It happens.

So you agree that a book should grade two possible scenarios a loss and the other two no action? Every time there’s a suspended game the books are pocketing 50% of the handle.

It’s us against them guys. I don’t see how anyone can think it’s fair.

Listen, I’m not even asking Bookmaker to take another look. Like I said I moved on. It’s more of an awareness situation at this point. If we see a problem we should point it out. It’s part of the reason I’m a member on this forum.
