in swimming, australia is supposed to have had fast times in their olympic qualification while usa was subpar....

ill be interested to watch that

Sweden has gotten much better since the Olympics 5 years ago and the World Cup in 2018, this team is much more aggressive than past teams. They are right there with the US and better than England and the Netherlands.

Sweden outplayed the US when they played several months ago too, this team is much better than the market is pricing them.

Horrible draw for Australia, New Zealand sucks but they will have to play the 2 best teams in the tournament in the first week and a half.

As a non USA citizen, do you think blacks/African Americans are treated bad here in USA?

I dont know what word to use as to not offend anyone...ive heard black is bad but also african american is bad because that assumes non american

I think wikkid has same rights as me and even is more likely to get a job/accepted to college if we have the same resume because of color of skin

i mean its been proven asians get in less at ivy league schools because of their ethnicity

Sounds like they get more police attention than similarly educated and employed non-black people.

And a lot more get locked up than non-blacks, in a country that already locks up more people of all colors than even China.

If that is the root of the protests and unrest, then I can understand the backlash.

I'd guess I have spent more time in the real ghetto, eating with real ghetto people, spent more time inside real ghetto homes, and partied with more genuine ghetto people than 95% of American posters on here that spout on about how dangerous and useless black people are.

I guarantee I am way ahead of Jibbby in genuine social interaction time with poor and homeless black and Mexican people of LA, and he lives there!

And you know why? I haven't been brought up to be scared of black people. And think people can tell.

I'm not even some bleeding heart liberal out to "save" them or help them. I just meet someone I like and go with it. Last time in USA I met a Blaxican homeless dude named Dave in Inglewood Ca. and hung out with him for a couple of days. Even after driving around South LA and Inglewood's "worst" areas for 2 days in a brand new convertible red Camaro, no one shot me, robbed me or even was rude to me. Gauchojake can confirm the places I stayed and went to are what I describe.

Similar experience in New York when some friendly huge NFL player size black guy offered to give me a tour of the city as I was walking out of JFK airport at midnight.

Americans often tell me I am crazy or should be dead, but I have come to the realization that a lot of you really have no idea how dangerous or not other cultures are in your own cities, as you would never even consider going to eat with a family in South LA (or Southside Chicago) or would immediately jump in a big black H1 hummer when some black giant randomly offers a city tour at midnight, or give some hooker a lift to the weed store at 3am just because she asked nice.

Anyway, if all it takes is a challenge to find a friend in Southside Chicago and not get killed doing it, no problem buy me that ticket
