Well these umpires need to pay attention to statcast readings. Check players that routinely have 2400rpm or higher on the pitches. These guys are most likely cheating. All the guys who last year had 2400 or higher rpm in their pitches or even in the 1st two months of this season are not pitching the same anymore. cole, corbin burnes, bauer to name a few will never pitch at the same level. They will still be good pitchers but not the insanely good levels they were pitching.

There is easy solution for these pitchers who rely on substance to continue using something that mlb cant label as foreign substance. If the eat the right food before the pitching days to create the right consistency of poop, then simply keep some poop in the but cheeks and go there to get some al natural brown cream.

Yes, overall batting average down and also yankee batting average was down.

Neither of those two metrics are good for baseball and of course the head office knows this.

On the other side of the coin, see where the public is swayed, usually by shorter term results, and try to catch the market moving too much and grab that UNDER.

You have to weigh, or weed out, the noise vs. variance and try to get past that small margin.
