Has anyone outside of Nevada, had success in getting someone to speak with on this no.? The message goes through a series of questions about where you're located and then the message always ends with "phone lines are not currently available".
Please don't respond with useless comments. I called this number after getting an email from them to call.

My issues: Can't login, that box is greyed out! Maybe 1 in 6 or 7 tries and it will say "Log on"

I do have have any experience with WH specifically. Whenever I have trouble logging into my accounts the fix is usually clearing my cache. If that does not work try to reinstall the app. Not sure if that will fix this issues but it is worth a shot.

Not a smartphone issue. Been through that with chat.. Along with the clear cache, disconnect router on and on. The disconnect router works for one time only. I have 2 other book for baseball. If this isn't fixed by Sat, I'll start the withdrawal process.

Not related... For years, The state of Delaware used this company when I was up there ..Then they switched to the Rhode Island company. I guess worked best for them.
