Taking the dogs is usually the best plays since most have a chance to win straight up but you have so many low seeded teams that their season long performances might come back.
Creighton, ORU, UCLA, Nova are not dogs I would feel comfortable playing.
USC/Oregon and Mich/FSU are basically pickem games.

Best 2 dogs are Cuse +6 and Oregon St. +7.
