Presuming the site meets all requirements, it will be open to anyone 21+ and physically located in PA to register, deposit funds and wager on Friday, Sept. 18.

Draftkings has the best software and betting setup in Pennsylvania by far, best promotions too. Everyone else is playing for second place. The only issue with draft kings is they won’t process payouts on weekends.
