I get scorching hot and then freezing cold. Sometimes just to snap the cold streak I'll bet some heavy juiced faves just to get some good vibes going.

Never lost that many in a row, but I start to chase when I get on a losing streak and my bets get bigger which makes my losses bigger

Monday's aren't bad because most sports aren't on until night time. So you have day to rethink and re-motivate yourself

the stress of being down on Friday/Saturday forces you to potentially make horrible bets on Saturday night/sunday to try and make up for losses. Then of course you pick wrong b/c that's just how luck goes especially when losing.

You are 100% validated to vent it out. I try to have a monster work day when I am losing and that makes my mind focus on selling cars and making money. Making money at work leads to making money betting sports.

Not full proof of course, but it starts in the mind

Losing streaks do in fact happen, it's not if but when. Everyone has them.

Proper bankroll management should help to ensure you're not gambling rent, groceries, bills, and entertainment for 2 weeks.

i manage my bankrool so that i can buy those things. i have passive income and savings...

im just those losses COULD have been spent on that

All the money that I have can be spend in whatever way I want. And each thing I do spend my money on has a certain cost. If my rent is $1,000 per month, and I bet $1,000 in a sportsbook, that means I have bet one months worth rent. There is no bankroll management that could change that, other than to somehow find a way to live rent-free.

Now if I bet $100,000 it might be silly to say I bet 8 years worth of rent. Perhaps a better way of looking at it would be the value of those bets. If it was all with a 1% edge, that means I earned one months rent in value. If it was with a 4.5% house edge, that means I spent four months rent on lost value. The only bankroll management I can think of that can change this is to forever bet $0.

No, I understand that from his post above yours.

The original op post wasn't explained in such a manner. There's a very large difference between:

"I'm -1230 this week. Can't stomach it. that's groceries, rent, bills, and entertainment for 2 weeks where I live."

and

"im just those losses COULD have been spent on that".

Carry on, the differences have already been explained.
