Anyone else go through depression when football season has ended?

I don't know if I'd call it depression, but my spirits don't fully return until March Madness...

Here, here. There's more to life than betting on sports. I've reached the point where I'll deposit during march madness and wager the remainder on baseball futures. Once football starts again I become more serious. I budget a certain amount for football and march madness, without this type of structure I'd be doomed. I have a separate checking account for recreational activities such as sports wagering.
I can get by wagering with betpoints during the lulls.

There is hope. Just meditate, do breathing exercises, actually exercise and get some ppl in your life to talk to. Then realize your worries don't mean chit....
