ESPN says the Zag's are a only about 1/3 chance of winning the next 8 straight games and going to the NCAA tourney undefeated? Who would put of a $1000 to try your luck to win close to $334?

They do have one scratch game marked of their schedule, leaving, probably, only 8 games to go, and none of these teams look to be any closer than, likely, 15 point dogs.
Another possible catch?
No team after 1984 has went to the 64 team tourney scratchless. Not one! Wow, that is unbelievable.
Then we have another undefeated team trying to get there, too. Baylor. And even another, I forget who?

This is going to be a better tourney than any for many, many years. They, both combined, are likely to have a total of 1 loss or less, at tourney time?

You are probably right. That came from ESPN, too. I may have misread what they claimed? I will check now.
Yes, only 3 were undefeated, but none won all the marbles. Even that is huge surprise.
