Yeah, but if you did, it would suck to see the Saints not be able to score the TD and then have have the Bears go right down the field and score and then not kick the Extra Point.

I took Chi +11.5 live and then once Saints had it in hand took NO -18.5 (+150) before their last drive (overturned TD). I got fvcked both ways.

I had Bears +11 and Saints -10.5. If it ends at 11 I win $4800 on a middle from bonus arb. I was so excited until they walked off the freaking field.

Why would they kick the point? It’s not the regular season where net point differential is like the 27th tie breaker

It does not matter that it was a playoff game, the rule is the same during the regular season too as of a couple of years ago: if you score a touchdown on the last play of the game, they only make you go for the conversion if the score is within two points either way.

NFL has same rule as college now regarding only having to do for conversion on final play if two-point (or less) game.

Well they had no chance to win the game down by 18 when getting the ball with under 2:00 on their own 1-yard line so they probably did not particularly care about using the time out? It is not as if they cared about covering the spread.

ADDING: In their minds, they accomplished what their goal was at that point, which was scoring a touchdown on the final drive.

But they did try and did score the TD they wanted. The unfortunate part for those that bet the Bears was that it came on the final play.

trust me... been there done that years ago with live betting and when crazy stuff happens and you lose both ways you are left pondering what the hell went wrong

i was prone to trying to pull off extra live wins around 2013-2016 till i started correcting errors and becoming a more polished gambler
