This is the official thread for SBR Fantasy Football League II

The live draft will be hosted by Yahoo and last 16 rounds.

The Rules
This is a 12-team league with SBR adding 2000 points to the pot to bring the league pool to 38,000 Betpoints! Once you receive the Yahoo Invite link via PM, please remember to make your SBR handle obvious when you name your team at Yahoo so that we know who everybody is. The drafting order will be randomized as soon as the team list for a particular league is finalized and the draft will be the standard snake format. You will have 90 seconds for each draft pick. Also note that each league has unlimited transactions, but the trading deadline is November 14th, 2020.

This is a straight 12-team league with NO DIVISIONS. The top six seeds based on overall standings will make the playoffs with the top two seeds getting first round byes, thus being assured of being in the semifinals and winning points. In Week 14, the 3-seed will face the 6-seed and the 4-seed will face the 5-seed. In Week 15, the 1-seed will face the lowest remaining seed and the 2-seed will face the other Week 14 winner. The SBR Super Bowl will be in Week 16 and NFL Week 17 will be ignored.

The League Champions get 18,120 Betpoints, the Championship Game losers gets 6,040 Betpoints and the semifinal losers each get 3.020 Betpoints. Additionally, the high scorers for each week of the regular season will get 600 Betpoints (with ties split evenly).

This is a PPR league that gives 1 point per reception and kick return touchdown points are awarded to BOTH the defense/special team and the player. Also, there is both fractional scoring and negative scoring.

There are no limitations on what positions you draft, just make sure that you make the appropriate moves each week to field a valid starting lineup. Also, NEW for this year our waiver method is Continual Rolling.

Playoff/Seeding Tiebreakers:
If two or more teams finish tied in the standings, the following tiebreakers will be used to determine the official order of seedings:

1. Total fantasy points (season total).
2. Fantasy points scored in last week's matchup.
3 Fantasy points scored in the matchup two weeks prior.
4. The comparison continues until the tie is broken or no more weeks remain to compare. At that time, a coin flip will settle the tie.

Please note:
Teams must have identical winning percentages to be considered tied in the standings.
A team with an 8-4-1 (.654) record will be seeded ahead of a team with an 8-5 (.615) record. A team with an 8-6 (.571) record WILL be tied with a team with a 6-4-4 (.571) record.

NEW for this year: The 1st and 2nd place finishers in this league this season (based on regular season standings regardless of playoff results) will become League I eligible next season. Exceptions: if one member of both leagues finishes in the top 2, then only one member can move up/down from either league; If the top 2 in this league are both members of both leagues, the there would be no movement up/down between leagues.

Hi Guys,

Just touched down @ airport. My superior team and I have been away planning and strategizing at "Camp Daze".

With the "Best Coach & Owner" , and elite players again this year, we'll bring pain to a city near you....very soon.

But first I need to go curb stomp a few of the OGs in league #1 tonight in our draft. It never gets old, demoralizing their dreams, year after year. I'm gonna miss the easy money ones tho, who leave after this season. R.I.P.

Not archaic, it is logistics. There is no way I'd be able to keep up with draft trades in a 1:30 window. Not to mention thinking about my next pick.

I was referring to pre draft trades rather than on the clock moves. Most of my leagues have more than one commissioner so I can see how stressful it would be on just one person to manage all of it at once. Only one league I'm in allows on the clock draft pick trades but it doesn't happen often

Tough match-ups out the gate. Sorry but gotta drop that "Bow" on Usc/Matty team week#1. Our game at the end of year, might have season ending repercussions for one of us.

As for the rest of the league, I'd wish you Good Luck, but I wouldn't mean it.
