    Another Celtics legend, was the perfect coach for the Celtics after Bill Fitch was let go for being too strict.

    Jones told a story years ago, couple seconds left, Celtics down 1. In the huddle he starts to diagram a play, and Bird says "we don't need a play, KC, just get me the ball and tell everyone to get out of the way."

    Jones said: "Larry, I'm the coach of this team. OK, here's the play, In bounds to Larry and everyone get out of the way."
