    Donbest Question

I'm asking here as their customer service is MIA and never answers. Maybe Carolinakid can help

Are you able to break down by sport or event on the odds ticker instead of every sport coming through? I'd like to see a breakdown of moves for each event vs every game being spammed on the odds ticker where I'm seeing 1000 moves a minute scroll by.

Also can I have every key move alert sent to me via e-mail?

    Canuck and Carolina Kid;

I signed up for a 7 day free trial at Don Best.

With the help of customer service, I got the DBS4 program downloaded.

But keep getting message: "Cant connect to server".

The CS rep said maybe I have a firewall on (who doesn't) and try toggling to off.

I did that on my Norton Security Program. (which immediately told me I was now at greater risk of PC getting infected).

However the "can't connect to server" box re-appeared. (even with firewall off...which I don't like doin)

Just figured I'd check in with you guys for an opinion before I throw in the towel.

    Thanks.

DBS4 Installation InstructionsOur goal is to deliver the most complete and easy to use program to all customers, and your feedback is key to this. We encourage all questions and feedback, big or small, and our friendly Customer Service team is ready to help.
    Windows Installation:
We have simplified the DBS4 Windows installation process, packaging all the required programs into a single program for 64-bit Windows:

    1. Click here to download the 64-bit Windows DBS4 installation package
    2. Once the download is complete, simply run the DBS4setup.exe program to start the installation process.

    • If using EDGE or IE, ensure you click Save and not Run/Open File.
    • If using Chrome, the download will be displayed on the bottom left corner. You may be asked to Keep. Click on Keep to continue the downloading.
    • If using Mozilla Firefox, click Save if needed, and the download will then show on the top right corner under a blue arrow.

After installation is complete, use the DBS4 icon on your desktop or start menu to launch the program. To add the DBS4 icon to your taskbar, right-click the icon and select ‘Pin to Taskbar’.

    Hello, CK.

I uninstalled and then re-downloaded and installed again.

    Unfortunately, that didn't work.

In the "log-in setup" tab, I tried changing the port; and also selected a different server to connect to.

    Still a no-go.

Thanks for the link, but I think I'm technically in over my head.

    (modify) is dimmed out.
