Urban Meyer an Ohio native son. Cannot imagine him going to That School Up North. Schembechler was also from OH but was never head coach at tOSU so it's a different story.

I'll be shocked if UM goes to ann arbor to coach.

lol funny post. very interesting. I don't think he would ever go to Michigan. But... yeah they do need him.

Harbaugh needs to stop snorting coke and get his head back in the game.

I think the University is paying Harbaugh around 8 million a year? I could be wrong. But, has to be the highest paid coach for a shi#ty record.

    Michigan State hires Saban

Urban has another heart condition... re-re-retires

Meyer would maybe take the job for right money. But Mich. die hards will not let it happen.

if texas wins out in these last 4 (hosting ISU and at K-State tricky) to finish 9-2, tom herman will not be going anywhere, trust me

It’s been talked about by many a boosters but highly unlikely. Harbaugh rides out his contract through this year and then has his pick of NFL jobs. If the right one doesn’t pop up he still has a year left. Who can Michigan get that’s better? This is all internet chatter. Michigan is a last century program and the school isn’t 100% committed to what it takes to win today. The new normal is 8-10 wins. Deal with it. I grew up in Ann Arbor and went to Michigan so... my read is relevant. A nice land for Jimmy boy could be in Detroit or Chicago. His family loves living in Ann Arbor and it’s where he grew up. He leaves when he wants.

They got "burnt" with that clown Herman. Easy to be Urbans's OC and he won at Houston with the other guys players.

that's what they said about USC this last year, that the allure of Urban Meyer to take over for Clay Helton was too strong, but I live in SoCal and after USC went 8-4 last year I told everyone within earshot that Urban was not coming to USC even after Clay led them to a "disappointing" 8-4 season and guess what? Clay is still the coach and Urban sits in a studio with other former stars like Brady Quinn and Matt Leinart.

trust me, if Herman and the 'Horns win out the season (let's say 8-2 if they only get to play 10 games due to covid cancelations) and finish with just the 2 losses, Herman is not going anywhere.

ohio state took a steo back when herman left. Also urban is still employed by ohio state so he isn't going anywhere. What is holding Texas back is an elite qb. While sam is serviceable he is not what we need.

slingin sam is the best thing you guys have going for you. you have very few playmakers in any phase of the game. if not for him you'd be in huge troule this year and herrman would've already been shitt-canned.

harbaugh ain't going anywhere unless he wants to. he won't be fired unless he does something stupid like getting caught banging a cheerleader.

texas coach herman? they are crushing k-state on the road, about to go to 5-3 and then they wax KU next week to finish 6-3 and go to a bowl if there are any bowls left.

possibly finish 7-3. fired in a pandemic year?

If Harbaugh doesn't use the "chinc virus escape clause" next Saturday?
Then he finishes 2-5 and gets demolished at Ohio State. Likely ending his career at Michigan

Rumor has it Meyer just turned down Texas' offer of 7 year/ 84 million offer. Has a great gig with Fox. Doubt he coaches again. Most likely his next job will be AD at OSU.

Michigan is not going to play OSU next week. Thats a lock. Whether they are making up the covid #s to avoid a beatdown no one knows. Their program is a mess but they are so smug no one will admit it. Their "he's family" garbage about Harbaugh is so lame.

If that happens? Then I have no problem with the "conference of quitters" changing their rules on their championship game. Just stinks for Indiana as even though they lost to Osu? They have far better wins and have had a better year

Urban meter wouldn’t fox anything, look what happened to him at florida after Tebow left, Meyer would never take this job, it’s too hard to recruit in miichigan.
