If voter fraud can be proved it took place, then it must be fought. If it is left unchecked, the people that have been doing it will continue in every election cycle getting braver every time. If Congress can dedicate years to the Russia fiasco, then we owe it to the voters that did the right thing standing in line for at least an hour to get credited with just one vote.
If things go to hell under Kamala Harris, Trump could very well run again in 2024.

Every county, city and state has very easy ways to to verify ballots. Trump is playing you. Notice no one in the party is backing Trump. They all won. Trump was the only one to lose. Many Republicans didn't vote for Trump. The Never Trumpers numbered into the tens of thousands. They alone probably flipped this election. There was no need to cheat. People went out of their way to vote against Trump. yes, his supporters were in the millions but even his supporters admit that he's a first class asshole.
