This is correct.

The wind was blowing out left field and has been slowly moving further left and turned past 3rd base.

So we've gone from, say, pointing towards 10:30 to more like 8:00.

That said, no play tonight, signals and markets are mixed. I am steered away from Tampa so while I won't bet it, Dodgers just might get it tonight.
