They sent me an email asking for proof of address. I had done this years ago and had confirmation
that all was good.
Anyway I sent the information again. This was three days ago. I have yet to receive confirmation
that they have received it,a nd my withdrawal hasn't been processed.
Has anyone made a withdrawal with them lately?
