I could imagine that could get real annoying. It was probably there when crowds were, even more when crowds broughg it, I can remember smelling it, but now with no one in Vegas, it's just them.

I'm all about free and legal use of weed, especially medicinal use, but not recognizing what your doing in public is just dikkhead move. Can't blame the weed for that. If it weren't smoking weed, it'd probably be something else.
