This is technically always the case, as the electorates are required, by law, to be chosen by Dec 14, and submit their votes to Congress by Dec 24.

The new congress must be seated by Jan 2.

So States have basically from election day to Dec 13 (40 days) to rig their elections for Biden

If Trump wins the day in Nov, the GOP will file lawsuits in every state to cease counting mail in ballots (not absentee ballots, just mail in ballots) and they'll very likely prevail on the merits to avoid any summary judgment because mail in voting requires no proof of citizenship, thus halting the vote tallying for months until a hearing date can be set. But by then Trump will have won enough electorates based on the counted votes, to serve 4 more years.

They will but Trump will then use the insurrection act to use the military and federal national guard troops to crush these idiots once and for all. Antifa and BLM are allready being watched very closely by the DOJ. They are waiting to pounce on these assholes soon. You got to remember that this civil unrest is confined to Democrat run cities with Democrat politicians getting their marching orders from billionaire donors that supply these organizations with money and resources to do what they do.
