It's like they can just send you to the cage for all of it anymore. All they need to do is give the clerks the authority instead of calling in the manager and bam it's all done there whenever it's done in person.
They are a small HR restructuring away from just that happening everywhere.

So true Big Joe. I used to freak out enough at the ticket counter line, books propbably watching for me to go postal as I pace in a small circle looking up front like it makes the line move faster all because any wait is too long of a wait.
