    Both teams are fighting for playoff spot, Pelicans actually need it more. A loss puts them more than four games back, whereas a win gives them a little breathing room at 2.5 back.

    Actually scratch the "breathing room" since they are not the 9 seed yet, but that actually makes the game even bigger.
