My book is trying to cancel my Cubs bet that I made live, claiming I made the bet after the outcome was known.

I made it at 11:13 PM Central

Is there a way I can prove the game hadn't ended yet?

You can look at total time of game usually in a newspaper or online box score. Which book? That’s bullshit. If they offer the bet, accept the bet, etc... should be honored.

Yeah, the ESPN boxscore page shows 3:46 minutes and the start time was delayed until APPROX 7:25.

I think it was the NBA that had a report that showed the exact start time, length and end time of games. It was like a finalized offical summary on pdf.

I was looking for something like that for this thread and MLB, but I can't find anything.

        Thanks kvb

It sux cause I was genuinely watching it and waited for odds to unfreeze willing to bet any juice on the cubs

I slammed it hard and won. They paid me out and then I quickly bet on the brewers at 4.20 and won that

They cancelled the bet gave back my original bet and that cut into the earnings from the brewers bet..

Just shady really. Unless I was watching a very delayed feed, it's not right.

        I'll write them tomorrow.

It's a relatively small time and new sportsbook overseas where I live...the biggest one actually and they have their own laws here

They use a betcris skin and do whTat they want with odds and rules. I'm pretty sure it has some kind of betcris backing, maybe support, but its run by corrupt colombians so after writing them letter and explaining everything bureaucratically, they'll write me back 2 months later telling me to fk off lol

          Not even worth it really

But I could use an official time stamp and prove I made that bet before final
