Could be that your sights need to be adjusted or your trigger finger (I'm assuming you're right-handed) is pushing the gun up and left when you fire.

Your front sight is higher than your rear. It has to be level.
Turn your grip hand to the left a little to line it up with your arm.

Also don’t focus on the target. Front sight is the most important part.

Correct sight picture
Target a little blurred
Rear sight little blurred

Front site should stick out like a sore thumb or lollipop bud...

Be sure when you are squeezing the trigger, that the end of your finger is on the trigger. If too much of your finger is through there doing the squeezing , there will be a tendency to pull it too the left. If somebody took the rounds out of your gun, and you squeezed the trigger would you flinch in anticipation of the shot? Lots of people do. Have your buddy load the gun and leave the rounds out on occasion and see.

I’m using small guns a 380 Ruger LCP II which is not as accurate as 22 Magnum snub nose revolver Which I tended to be more accurate
