Well they are welcome as tourists, get off the plane and go to where ever they want. Even Europe!

Obesity and the chromic inflammation that accompanies it has negative impacts on the immune response to viruses. So take the obesity rate differential, throw in Koreans don't make physical contact when greeting, combine that with the effective contact tracing that won't work so easily in America, add Koreans have no problem wearing masks early and often, and top it off with too many Americans are dumbasses, I think that accounts for a lot of the difference.

Sweden's population density ranks 159th, it had so many incredible advantages making it one of the best-positioned countries to contain the virus, yet its per capita death rate is one of the worst in the world - even worse than in the US. Even Trump pointed to Sweden's failure as justification for lockdowns, though of course he soon turned strongly against them. And they actually wouldn't have ever been necessary if we'd had sufficient testing and contact tracing, but he's said himself that he asked his people to slow down testing.
