You therefore can access the site, but cannot log in. What you have is an account with SBR, however, your log in ID and password are not universally applicable to all betting sites, just this particular message board. Does that make sense?

    once i had finally gotten through to live chat, she wanted me to send a screenshot lol

    how could they not know the website had issues if i couldn't log in from 4 separate devices and 2 different connections (wifi/cell) that were working great for every other site in the world
