Like you, I did live chat yesterday and was told it would be fixed. I sent a private message previously (live chat was down) and received the following response overnight:

"The program you are on doesn't qualify to receive that promotion"

It's only $ 50, but this is B.S. - does anyone have a screenshot of the promo from yesterday? I read it twice prior to placing the wager and do not recall any such red tape. Bush league move by what has always been an A+ book in my opinion.

I'm live chatting again asking for an explanation - told them I didn't see any rules/regulations and asked if they'd clarify. Here's what I'm being told:

"You are on the -105 program. This program doesn't entitle you to receive any special promotions or rebates."

I find that inaccurate as I receive horse rebates each time I play horses.

I don’t recall seeing anything about that in the disclaimer

here were the rules for the $50 rebate... says nothing about non-recreational, -105, etc

sbr, can we get some help? like others said it's only $50 but i would've never bet that if it wasn't for the rebate

i don't care if it has a 50x rollover as long as i get the $50

Valid on Straight bets, full game, sides and totals.
Valid on any Premier League game played on June 20th, 2020.
Only one bet per player is allowed. If multiple bets are placed for that day; the first one is the one that qualifies for this promotion.
Rebate is calculated based on risk amount of the losing bets.
Rebate maximum amount is $50 USD.
Rebate has a 4X rollover.
Rebate will be awarded at the end of the last EPL game of the day 6/20/20

I sent a message asking when it would be credited. This was their reply:"The promotion was supposed to be for sides and totals only. It didn't included money lines. Since there might have being some sort of confusion we still provided you with the rebate."

My bet was a total so not sure what they're referencing. They credited me the $50 though.

Unless you are a huge player with them, they find a way to keep you out of contests, promos, etc. -- They say you don't "qualify". It's an ongoing issue with that book.

This same thing happened to me the last time someone posted about one of these free bet promos at Heritage.

They have it on their homepage before you log in and the terms say nothing about the -105 plan. But they do expect you to realize that you're not eligible for any promos due to being on the -105 plan.

I honestly just forgot about that. Luckily I had asked char to confirm I was eligible before betting. It took some back and forth, but they ultimately credited my account.

I’m not playing these free bets anymore now that I know, but they should probably be more explicit in their terms.

Totally agree. I don't play any Heritage special promos (halftime cancellation, whatever) because I never know if they're really going to credit my acct.

I'm still not sure if my account will receive the 20% cash boost, despite having been assured by live chat that it will. (Plus, now I'm kicking myself cuz the other option when that promo was announced was to withdraw into BTC, then trading 5500 to 6000)
