Retirement is tricky.. I fill up my day by cooking healthy meals, capping when sports resume, working on the house and properties, and working out.

Drinking helps with the rest of the free time

..

I like working and feeling like I'm productive in life. May start a small business soon, my mind is turning!! Something to help others.. I'm getting bored now staying at home and posting on SBR these last few months..

Yep, but if they don't extend it, I'm still OK. My wife and I have prepared for this the last 25 years, and we have a savings that could last us for a year if things turn south. Also have a 3 month food supply along with $1500 in gift cards for restaurants that I bought when building up my Kroger gas points. Got 35 gallons of gas last week, and this is how much I paid for it.

I'm going to use this time as a tryout for if I want to officially retire about 15 years from now. If it drives me nuts, I'll probably keep working until I'm cremated.

the pool and the girls and a lot of drinking was great this past weekend, it a lot going on if you get outside and start enjoying life again and not watch the media and all the gloom and doom crap.

I collect on federally defaulted student loans. Have been doing it since 1999. Because of the pandemic, we're only allowed to take incoming calls. No outbound calls allowed. Call volume is low so they had to lay most of us off until the restriction is lifted October 1.

Correct (end of July). But I wouldn't be shocked if it gets extended, even if in one form or another (whether reduced or they add additional strings). Trump's people have said they're not interested in extending it, but he flip flops so much I take what he says now with a grain of salt and some Republican senators are considering bucking with the dems on at least another stimulus and extending UI benefits. You won't hear much until after July 4th since when was the last time Congress didn't procrastinate?
