I think an amicable separation of blacks and whites would solve a lot of problems.

Have both a black and white ethno-state with each peoples in charge of their civilizations.

With a black ethno-state there could be no charge of systemic racism. Every institution would compose of and be administered by their own people.

OMG i got a great idea. Any player that sits out they take one player from the WNBA . Make her take that players place. Give her 1/10th his salary which will be way more then she ever made anyway.
