Why do I have to be single to live there. It looks like a perfect spot for me and the ole lady to live in. Just need a few thousand square feet of solar panels which I'm sure is there just behind the photographer. It also needs a pool, a cistern infrastructure and green house for tropical plants the ole lady likes to cultivate. Other than that, I'm in.
