You either have all schools open for classes and all sports played or nothing. You can't have schools closed and other sports not playing but football being played. You do not understand how the university system works. It's not like the NFL where 32 billionaires decide what to do with their league.

The people who are locked in their basements alone and posting on their computers during college football season are giving advice on how games should be played in packed stadiums this fall.

An SBR original. We should call ESPN to make a mini series about this. The ratings should be better than The Last Dance. We should call it The Basement Diaries of College Football.

Markets should get skewed to the point we can bet but there’s no substitute for all the smaller leagues playing.

A lot of bets really do come out of those opportunities.

We need fans in the stands, many schools won’t play with no fans, it becomes a budget issue.

Big ten and SEC all we need.

Jumble up the two conferences and select random matchups for a 12 game season for all teams. All neutral locations.

Relegate Rutgers and Arkansas to the MAC and Sun Belt respectively.

They will play some form of season. Greed will prevail if it comes down to it. Bigger question is how many players don’t play. I’m sure there will be many teams who have coaches and staff that will be kept away from team due to medical concerns.

Teams with new coaches, coordinators and qbs will have even more catching up to do than most seasons.
