I'm seeing the pitching matchup being as follows w/ their ERA this season.

18 PAN, WEI-LUN 18.9 Lions
11 LIAO, YI-CHUNG 2.57 Brothers

Wei-lun is giving up huge numbers. 8 and 6 ER in last two outings. His last appearance on the 21st, he have up 8 runs in 1.1 innings before being pulled.

I jumped on the Brothers -1.5 - 135.

The over/under seems tight to play at 12.5 considering Yi-Chung has had 2 great outings recently as a result I'd think you would be depending upon the Brothers for most of the runs in this game if you bet the over.
