last 7 btc payout request all denied by 5dimes for 5k each. due to "currently we have low or none availability to process these payments for non-depositors customers"

I thought this was their policy? Bitcoin payouts only available for money earned via bitcoin deposit? Someone check me on that.

thats wrong, btc payouts are the only things ive used all my time using 5dimes... only other options they have r 3k checks or 400 ** lol checks have 75 fee on each one... why do they make it so hard to withdraw my money.

Not that i don't sympathize, but it has been policy there to favor bitcoin exclusive accounts when demand is high for a long time now.

over 4 months ago i was asking them to become btc exclusive depositor and always something came up, they said i wasnt able to become btc exclusive at the time because i had 12.5 on a memphis futures bet... how does that make any sense that im not able to get my money in a normal easy way for over 5 months??? espcially during corona virus when i need it most... its mid 5 figures and they want me to do 3k checks or 400 moneeyyy gramm while other books send u your whole balance in less than a day and i been waiting 5 months with some payouts inbetween?

they literally trapped my money on there and said i cant do any more btc payouts until my balance reaches 0 and its mid 5 figures... can anyone explain to me how ppl in this thread are defending them...

just had another convo with 2 people in support chat. seems like it was a different person this time not as rude they said I cant withdraw in btc until my account balance reaches zero due to the managers decision.

its looking like i will have to do weekly checks for 4 months to withdraw my balance. seems like blatant theft to me going to miss out on so much value with this future btc halving coming up soon.

seems like most of these books arent liquid and use customer funds for expenses. really makes me never want to place a bet on 5dimes again. how are they going to ban me from using the only payout method ive used on the site for years...

Easiest way for them to change their policy is this... Take all the 3k check payouts you can and don’t place a single bet with them till you withdraw all your money. Go to bookmaker in the meantime and do your betting there. If you prove that you won’t place a bet at 5dimes until every penny is out I bet my life they will suddenly be more helpful knowing they’ve lost your action completely. They are banking on you losing some of it back.

5dimes has always been a site that you have to jump through a lot of hoops for. They pay eventually but it should never be this hard so be smart and don’t place one wager there till you have all your money. If you get the urge to bet go to another site and bet in the meantime. Take like 2-3 weeks without betting at 5dimes and then hop on chat and see if they will help you with a different cashout method. If they don’t change then fukk them but I have a feeling that once you prove you won’t give action things will open up for you.

But that’s why you can’t get the proper cashout. They have you profiled and know you will tilt it. You need to not do that in spite of them. It’s the only way to beat a book when they are making you jump through hoops. Think about if someone you knew called you worthless and that you wouldn’t amount to anything and you did whatever you could to prove them wrong. Well essentially 5dimes is saying you are a degenerate and the more excuses they give you the more you will tilt off your winnings. Prove them wrong and don’t bet

You sound like me thats why i blocked casino at a lot of books. GTbets is still active when i have under $1000 but once i get to $1000-$2000 i want to take sport bet shots and like you i will lose the entire thing in casino. Luckily they will not reactivate unless i tell them to and i have been good not doing that. I would rather lose my whole amount to a bad game then a rigged casino any day of the week . Youwager and Betpop were so bad there in casino i blocked them like 7 months ago and never looked back there . And don't think the live BJ is any better remember they (The company that is a 3rd party that most use) were caught cheating at Betonline i think it was . They scan the cards ahead of time and know what they are . Caesars destroyed my life really bad last year i am still trying to recover. Please try and stay out or at least block them once you get to a certain amount so you do not lose everything you won in there.
