Winston's career record is 28-42 and he's only had one barely winning year (9-7)

Yeah. Elway has really done an awesome job evaluating quarterbacks Since taking over. You wouldn’t know who the GM of the Broncos was if Peyton hadn’t signed on. Denver has been terrible under Elway other than the Manning years.
