I've only communicated with BookMaker via live chat and they were fairly forthcoming with information regarding withdrawals, stating that the limits are only temporary and will resume the usual standards once the sports market returns to normalcy. I requested a check for $3K (limit for that option) on Monday, we'll see how it goes.Comment -
60 hrs since my 6k payout with Betonline was approved. They still haven't sent the funds and keep saying payment is in the finalizing stages. I'm not overly worried yet considering they are rated A+, but more annoyed with their live agents who are useless guessers that say funds will be sent within the next few hours when they have no idea on if this will happen. with you here, this is beyond frustrating. make sure to be contacting them during normal business hours and be very aggressive with the live support so that they will make sure to alert the appropriate persons. also call if needed. i have had good success with BOL even tho at the same time some of the biggest most frustrating fails- like them not understanding poker payout glitches that cost me $ getting 3rd instead of 2nd. never got resolved, but wasn't for big enough $ to care, but showed that they don't have a real team that understands the games. it was one of my first posts here if you'd want to go back and read how frustrating things can really be.
hope everyone receives their cashouts in due time. i'm only a little over 24 hours into my smallish cash out with 5dimes. it is really telling to the solvency of these sportsbooks that things have been delayed to the degree that they have. i'm not expecting good results out of a couple sportsbooks in particular but will hope for the best for the rest involved.Comment -
I withdraw very regularly from Pinnacle. Last week the withdrawal option for my account was disabled, I had to verify my credit card (I've only used it to deposit just once a long time ago). Uploaded docs immediately. Waited 5 days, no news, then contacted support. Was told I had to upload a CC statement as well (if I hadn't contacted them I never would have known). Will have to wait for more news now.
