    I owned a couple shops that got HopSlam each year ... people would actually follow the delivery trucks to retailers ... we’d act like we had never heard of it and stash it for regulars.

    Although I didn’t hate that money - one year we tapped a keg at noon on a Sat. - people lined up and we never shut the tap off once we opened it - drained a full 1/2bbl in 34 minutes.

    Never was my thing. Too sweet for me.
    Now there’s so much ... you can get Heady Topper whenever you want now. Pretty much had to a secret handshake back in the day.
