Due to the finality of this event's nature, you may get more players "trying hard". Which means more focus on winning than in regards to their own health and safety. The possibility of a concussion is implied to be higher.

On the flipside it also means a player may try playing through the concussion or a coach knowingly keeps them in the game.

Dont think a doctor will rule an actual concussion immediately but put the player into "concussion protocol". Prop wording is always key to bets standing.

Unless the player is actually knocked out, I find it very difficult for a Doctor to permanently remove a player from the biggest game of his career because of a POSSIBLE concussion.
