Careful guys, these things usually end up Lakers winning by 18 points or so.

Wait, so the Lakers were up by a thousand points early with a closing line of -11 and win by only 10?
Yep, sounds like a typical NBA result.

The Lakers started the game 11 for 11 from the field.
On the average an NBA team takes about 84 shots a game. Slower tempo teams it’s in the mid 70’s, up tempo teams takes upwards to 100 shots.
Anyway what did you some of you guys think? LA was going to go 26 for 34 the rest of the first half?
That defies analytical and math logic.
Some of you guys get caught up in the moment and think a team up by 30 very early in a game they will win by 50.
There are factors involved.
One is the law of averages.
The other(s) are the coach will pull starters in favor on the 8, 9, and tenth men off the bench for extended runs.
Did you see in the third quarter the Lakers had the equivalent of 4 D leaguers on the floor while the Suns had pretty much their first unit in.
What did you think would happen to that 32 point lead?
Like I said very early in this thread “careful guys, these things usually end up with an 18 point victory or so”
Nothings rigged or fixed, happens all the time.

LeBron sat for a great deal of the 3rd and he still blew over his 24.5 (-120)total points.
