Perception is a fickle thing, ain't it? Public opinion on the Buckeyes basically swung on one single weekend where they "struggled" with Wisconsin while Clemson and LSU destroyed their respective opponents.

FWIW Wisconsin > Georgia > Virginia

Everyone now singing the praises of LSU and Clemson, while Ohio State now finds itself in a bit of an underdog role. (Oklahoma is the real dog in the Final Four, but they're more bark than bite)

Make no mistake, Ohio State is still the best team in the country and they will run through the gauntlet of both Tiger teams to hoist the hardware when it's all said and done...

I been singing Clemson praises all year. Never once have I said or thought anyone was better than them. Osu very good and while rankings prob correct dew to resumes I still think Clemson has been and still is the best team in the country. I think LSU behind both of them cause they have the most suspect defense of the 3.

The problem is whoever got the #1 seed got a huge advantage getting to play Oklahoma

Ohio State may very well be better than Clemson and beat them but how much will a game like that take out of them?

I think more than a game against Oklahoma would have

Add to that the championship game in New Orleans and it just looks like the stars are aligning for LSU
