Do we have any runners here?

How far can you run without stopping?

I can run 5 miles nonstop.

My goal is to get to 7 miles.

I follow this rule. Don't do anything now that you won't be able to do at 90 years old. Running is NOT healthy. You're stressing the fuk out of your body. Running is programmed in us to avoid danger once in a while not as a daily activity. Running will shorten your life there's no doubt about it.

Yoga is probably fine as it's not so extreme. Weight lifting depends on the ammount of weight. Bodybuilding is highly un-natural tons of body builders dropping dead in their 40's-50's. The whole propaganda sold to people that you need to exercise to be "healthy" is nonsense. It's a lie created by corporate america so you consume more food/normalize it, also it's good for the medical industry people getting injured all the time exercise. Industries will sell any lie to profit off of you.

People eat a ton of food a day and then say "I just gotta exercise to be healthy/fit/a normal body type when in reality their issue of weight/health is majority a symptom of overconsumption.

    dropping knowledge, I like it.

I know guys who take steroids and spend hours in the gym daily. They look healthy as hell and women are all over them but I would be scared to take steroids, especially at my age.

I’ve lifted weights and ran played sports my whole life and my body hurts every day all over from head to toe

Muscles are non essential and have no bearing on how your organs are working. You can look like a holocaust survivor thin as fuk frail and live to 110 years old or be a roided jacked oversized meathead and drop dead at 40.

Being a good athlete and healthy are two different things guy. Health to me is a topic of quality of life mentally and longevity. I don't worry what women say they gotta pay me $500 an hour to talk to them.

There's been tons of murder in the name of god throughout history and continues to this day. Your post is real generic not sure what you're trying to convey.

There is no evidence jesus wasn't just a cult leader back in the day. A human. Do we go by evidence or by blind fairy tale superstition?

There's also zero evidence that the bible was written by "jesus" or "god" Evidence dictates that it was written by men with an agenda until proven otherwise.

God does not want robots. Of course He could do it. Would you want to program your kids to do what you want them to do or live with their own free choice?

If it were not true then why would His disciples all be murdered? You think they would all die for a lie?

Pushing christianity on a vulnernable lost child is a form of programming/indoctrination. You realize this or no?

At some point it is each individual to decide. This isn't programming it is making a free choice.

Parents have a very strong hold over their kids mind even as they get older. This is why majority of people who are taught a belief system at a young age run with it and never question whether it's bullshit. It's way more complicated than "choice"

You think you'd be a christian if you were born in saudi arabia? I gurantee you you wouldn't you were programmed. You lack of ability to understand this doesn't make it false.

Sheeples think if the masses believe something than it's true. Billions of people can believe something and it can still be false. The lack of intellect is disturbing.
