    Vegas boomed in 90s and again post 9/11, Walter's cleaned up!

    Between 1988 and 2008 didnt something like 1.5mm people move to the Vegas burbs? All those tracks of land- Walter's had a poker in the fire in some of them for sure....

    Sure he did expose wide lines, now it is not possible
