NBA Total Analysis for Denver Nuggets vs New Orleans Pelicans (224.5)
The highest total Denver Nuggets & another team scored since the Pre-Season is 215.
The lowest total New Orleans Pelicans & another team scored since the Pre-Season 235.

So the line is in between those.

The line opened 227 and it's now 224.5

In the last game the live line between Dallas and Denver reached 228.5 (@ peak) and then very poor scoring in the 4th quarter brought the total to 215 - Denver never crossed that magic number 215 until now.

So will they cross it tonight? That's the million dollar question.

Remember even if they do cross it - the way from 215 to 224.5 still involves 9 extra points.

If you had to bet - what would you bet? Over or Under 224.5 ?

The oddsmakers keep on lowering the total from 224.5 to 224 now (based on Bet365) - this is very shady, based on these statistics alone and no major injuries reported - there is absolutely no reason for them to keep on lowering it - could be a trap or could be that Vegas sees things we cannot see from here (it's impossible to beat the way the oddsmakers work, they got 1000+ more tools than just mere statistics however the reduction of the total line seems shady and I think it might go up to 225 pregame in this pace, they are probably drawing lots of action this way).

223 now ... Why the oddsmakers underestimate the ability of NO to score a lot? So weird...
